Bleach review: what is my opinion after watching the Bleach anime

Home / Bleach review: what is my opinion after watching the Bleach anime

So, the Bleach anime starts quite typically: Ichigo Kurosaki is an ordinary high school student… except for his ability of seeing ghosts.

He meets a Soul Reaper (Shinigami) Rukia Kuchiki, who gets injured in the battle and therefore has to give Ichigo her Soul Reaper powers in order for him to protect his family.

So, at this point begins the never-ending Ichigo’s battle.

However, Ichigo is not alone, and he is gaining new friends along the whole way.

His best friends are Yasutoro Sado (whom he calls simply Chad), Uryū Ishida, and Orihime Inoue.

His friends are also developing their spiritual powers in order to get stronger and fight alongside Ichigo.

Even though Uryū claims to despise the Soul Reapers and Ichigo in particular, he still appears in nearly every important battle.

While Orihime finds out about her incredible healing and other abilities, she’s also a very cute character.

But there are so many characters in the whole anime that one could talk for so long… So let’s move to a more important question.

Is Bleach worth watching?

Yes, it totally worth it, especially if you are a fan of shounen or fighting anime.

The characters are swinging their swords nearly every single episode. Even when it’s not swords, someone is still fighting someone, to protect life or their pride.

In between of all of this, there are also some school life over there.

How I would rate Bleach from 1 to 10

I would rate the Bleach anime 9 out of 10.

So, it is a really good anime, though in this genre I would rate Naruto Shippuden even a point higher.
